About Chris Kaminski of Alabama
Chris Kaminski is a Coffee County resident who was first brought to the area by his father’s military service. Mr. Kaminski graduated from Enterprise High School in 2002 and attended the University of Alabama where he graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Post completion of his undergraduate studies, Chris attended law school at Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. He subsequently completed law school in 2009 and passed the Alabama bar exam on his first attempt that same year.
Chris previously served as an attorney with the District Attorney’s Office for Coffee and Pike counties for 5 ½ years before being appointed to serve as Judge for the Coffee County District Court. At the time of his appointment, Chris was the youngest serving judge in the State of Alabama. Mr. Kaminski served as Coffee County District Judge for 4 years before leaving the bench to pursue a career in private practice.
Chris’s extensive experience as a prosecutor, Judge, and private practice attorney has given him a well-rounded understanding of how to handle most any type of legal issue. Chris leverages his knowledge and to tackle the toughest divorce, family law, child custody, child support, criminal, juvenile delinquency, and juvenile dependency cases.
In addition to his law practice, Chris serves as a member on the Coffee County United Way Board of Directors and the Wiregrass United Way Board of Trustees. Chris and his family are members of the Methodist Church in Enterprise, and he is married to Amy C. Marshall, Attorney at law.
